Can you please make up your mind.

This has become an all too familiar feeling.

You step in.

You step out.

You come.

And you go.

All the while my heart is swinging on this pendulum. 

Back and forth.

 

One minute you are there.

The next you are gone.

Uncertainty. 

The moment I feel as though you are here,

You walk away.

MIA. 

How long will this continue?

I just want consistency.

Is that too much to ask?

Step in if you'd like,

Or step out if you want to go.

But please stop dancing all over me.
